Groundmaking provides creative strategy and video production services for people on a mission.
I’ve been making films for as long as I can remember. In the early 80’s I remember making videos with my three siblings using my parents 1982 JCPenney VHS Video Camera, mostly silly skits for birthdays and holidays. In high school, I would try to make videos as a substitute for my assignments — because who likes to write papers, right?
I founded Groundmaking as a way to scratch a reoccurring itch, to combine the craft of filmmaking with a love of storytelling and making a difference in this world.
We have had the opportunity to collaborate with large organizations like Google and the United States GSA, but have also worked with technology startups, architecture firms and even local nonprofits. The process and people behind each project is unique and always pushes the work even further.
But enough about that. What about you?
